Had to laugh at this one - any and all of us with children old enough to pee yellow have probably experienced something similar.
I have found that a taser to the back of the neck really knocks back their urge to scorn anything you do for at least 6 months. After that, all you have to do is slowly reach for your pocket....

Will have to try that ... he isn't horribly obnoxious about it; he just has a way of conveying his disdain with a polite, smug smile, and a gentle, "Mom, please ..."
